One system for the whole school, with admissions built in.
A hosted student information system for private schools that are too small for the enterprise systems and too busy for spreadsheets. Admissions, attendance, grades, report cards, transcripts, schedules and tuition billing in one place, with a portal for every teacher, parent and student. One product, everything included, priced per student. Built by people who have run admissions and operations inside real schools.
The school where the registrar is also the admissions director.
ClearPath SIS runs the office, the classroom and the family side of a private school from one place. It’s hosted, so there’s nothing to install and nothing to back up. You sign in from any browser, and your teachers and families do the same. It’s built for private K-12 schools with anywhere from a handful of students to a few hundred: the kind of school where nobody has time to learn three separate systems.
Admissions that turn into enrollment, and everything after.
A family starts as an inquiry, becomes an applicant, and becomes a student without anyone re-typing a thing. The admissions pipeline tracks every family from first contact to first day, and when you accept a child, their record is already there.
The school office
- Student records with demographics, guardians, health information and consent forms, each kept in its own protected area.
- Attendance, taken by the teacher or by seating chart, visible to the office and to families the same day.
- Master schedule and timetables, with a check that stops two people overwriting each other’s changes.
- Report cards and grading set up to match how your school actually grades.
- Transcripts, graduation requirements and promotion decisions.
- Import your existing roster in one go from a OneRoster export, the format most systems can produce.
The classroom
Teachers get their own portal: gradebook, assignments, attendance, seating charts, and notes on a student that the child’s other teachers can see. Every grade change keeps its history, so a question about a grade has an answer.
The family
Parents and students each get a portal. Grades, attendance, report cards and transcripts, scoped so a parent sees their own children and nothing else. Families pay tuition and fees online by card or bank draft, set up a payment plan, and turn on autopay so nothing is missed.
Tuition and fees
Bill tuition, set up installment plans, take card and bank payments, and see who’s paid at a glance. Money goes straight to the school’s own account; ClearPath never holds it. If you choose to pass card fees on to families, the math is done for you so the school comes out whole.
The privacy rules are in the data model, not the marketing.
One product, everything included, priced per student.
There are no tiers, no add-on apps and no hidden modules. Every school gets the whole system. You pay per enrolled student, so a small school pays a small bill, and the bill grows only as your school does.
The thirty-day trial runs on your own data, no card needed to start, and if you don’t continue, nothing is charged. If your school is larger than a few hundred students, or you run more than one campus, say so on the call and we will work it out in the open.
A call, a trial, then a subscription.
An SIS is not an impulse purchase, so there is no checkout button. It starts with a call with us about your school: how many students, what you run today, what has to be true before you would switch. Then thirty days in the system with your school’s real setup, your registrar and admissions team working in it. Then a monthly or annual subscription, set in writing before you pay. No procurement maze, and no cart either.
The release date is not announced, and nothing on this page is a commitment to one. When it is set, it will be published here first.
The thinking is already public.
The operating ideas behind the admissions side are in enrollment is an operating system and family experience is an operating practice, and the free enrollment follow-up self-audit will show you today what an SIS can only help with tomorrow.
To talk about your school, or to tell us what you would need from an SIS before you would switch, book a call. What schools tell us at this stage genuinely shapes the build.
