The two products a school buys for everyone.
The five ClearPath desktop tools are bought by a teacher for their own computer. These two are different. They’re hosted, reachable by your whole staff, and bought by the school after a conversation with us rather than from a checkout button. This page says what each one is and how buying works.
ClearPath SIS
A hosted student information system with admissions built in, for private schools that are too small for the enterprise systems and too busy for spreadsheets. Admissions, attendance, grades, report cards, transcripts, schedules and tuition billing in one place, with a portal for every teacher, parent and student. One product, everything included.
- A family goes from inquiry to applicant to enrolled student without anyone re-typing a thing
- Teachers get a gradebook, assignments, attendance and seating charts. Parents and students each get a portal scoped to their own children
- Tuition and fees paid online by card or bank draft, with payment plans and autopay. The money goes straight to the school
- Every school walled off in the database itself, FERPA and COPPA in the data model, and every look at a student’s record logged
Or $24.90 per student per year, two months free. The smallest bill is $74.70 a month; a 120-student school pays $298.80. Only students enrolled today count. One $250 setup fee per school, on the first invoice after the thirty-day trial.
In development · not yet on saleClearPath Tutoring, with Ava
An AI tutor your school owns and runs, for grades 2 to 12. Ava teaches the way a good tutor does. She asks before she explains, works one step at a time, and won’t do a student’s graded work for them. When a student stays stuck, she goes and gets that student’s own teacher, with the session attached. Built and used every day inside a Cognia-accredited school.
- She remembers what each student is working on, without ever holding their name
- Share your unit plans and pacing guides, and Ava teaches from them, using your methods and your terms. She answers in the language the student writes in
- Staff see the escalation queue, who’s using it and who’s gone quiet, and every transcript
- Everyone signs in with the Google or Microsoft account they already have. Nothing to install
$20 up to 150 students, $16 up to 250, $13 up to 500. Over 500, ask us; $13 is the floor. A 135-student school pays $2,700 a year. Voice is priced separately.

Schools too small for the enterprise contract and too serious for the spreadsheet.
Private and independent schools, and the small districts and networks that run them, usually with a thin SIS and no technology staff to spare. The buyer is the head of school, the registrar, the admissions director, or the person who signs the data privacy agreement and answers for it afterwards.
Software prepares. People decide.
Nothing we make assigns a tier, scores a risk, predicts an outcome, rates a teacher, or decides anything about a student or a family. The hosted products hold school records, so they’re built with the privacy rules in the data model and a signed agreement before a single student is entered. Before you buy anything, how ClearPath handles school data and what we can show you before you buy are written for whoever has to approve it. And before any AI tool enters your building, ours included, the free AI tool vetting checklist and register is the twelve questions to ask first.
Tell us about your school.
What you run today, how many students, and what would have to be true before you would switch. A person writes back within a day.
