These Terms govern your use of the School Systems Lab website, its resources, and any ClearPath desktop software provided to you under separate delivery or purchase terms.

Human decision-making

School Systems Lab tools organize practitioner-entered information and support planning, documentation, and review. They do not diagnose students, determine eligibility or placement, impose discipline, prescribe services or accommodations, assign tiers, or make instructional decisions. Authorized professionals remain responsible for every consequential decision.

Local use and responsibilities

ClearPath tools are desktop applications, not hosted accounts and not a system of record. Records stay on the computer where the software is installed. Users and their organizations are responsible for authorized access, the information they enter, exports, backups, retention, and compliance with their own policies and applicable requirements.

Ownership and contact

School Systems Lab and its materials are owned by Leading Bright Scholars, Inc. or its licensors. Users retain ownership of records they enter. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@schoolsystemslab.com.
