ClearPath Interventions

ClearPath Interventions is for the teacher or interventionist who actually runs the support. It keeps the plan, the sessions and the evidence together on your own computer, encrypted, so that when the team asks “what did we do and did it work,” you have the answer instead of a memory.

From a plan to a record

• Write the plan with the need, the support, where the evidence will come from, who owns it, the schedule, the goal and the review date. Nothing vague survives the form.
• Start from a template your school has approved, with its version and review date recorded, or build your own.
• Run groups without losing the individual: capacity, schedule and membership stay visible, and each student’s plan stays their own.
• Log each session as it happens: delivered, missed, shortened, and how faithfully it followed the plan. Exceptions are recorded as exceptions, not smoothed over.
• Bring in progress data from a spreadsheet with a preview first, so duplicates and bad rows are caught before they land, and undo if you need to.
• Print an accessible review packet that says what the evidence shows, what it can’t show, and who follows up.

Your records, your computer

Everything is encrypted with a passphrase only you hold. School Systems Lab never sees an intervention record. Backups, retention and deletion are yours to control, with a receipt for each.

What it won’t do: decide whether a student responded, assign a tier, determine eligibility or placement, or tell you what to do next. It organises the evidence. You and your team make the call.
